Joseph Medina was more helpful than anyone else I spoke to or chatted with on the Hughes net site. He realigned the dish which had been blown around by wind because original installer did not stabilize it. Problems resolved for now.

Joseph made installing a new satellite very simple and easy. He knew exactly what to do and was very helpful and nice. Would recommend 10/10.

Joseph came out late in the day , it was cold and going dark and he was incredibly polite and really patient in explaining everything to us. He also worked really fast and efficiently. Even when it was very late he hung in until the job was fully done, and he was very kind and pleasant. We are so pleased with both his work and truly kind attitude. He is someone to really look after as he is an asset to your company.
