• Comment: James let us know about 30 min. before his arrival, and arrived promptly. He corrected a problem which had resulted form a faulty installation, and took the time to explain a number of things to me. All in all, he was courteous, seemed quite competent and knowledgeable, and left me with the feeling that I was dealing with a professional. I highly recommend him.
