- Comment: The technicians that installed the satellite at my home were Gabriel and Dorian. I am not sure if I spelled Dorian name correctly. They sent me a confirmation prior to the day of service. They arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment, which I appreciate. Upon arrival Gabriel explained to me the options I had on where to place the satellite for best connection, and also explained to me how he would run the cables based on my decision. They also practiced the Covid-19 guidelines, so I felt very comfortable with them in my home. After completion, they showed me how to connect to the internet, and also explained how to connect a desktop for future reference. Also, they both were very professional and Gabriel answered all my questions I had. I would highly recommend these two technicians to other people. Now I have internet service to complete my summer courses on line. Thank you!
