Justin was extremely helpful in explaining what they offered and getting us the right system for our families needs. He didn't try upselling us on anything and gave us a great deal on what we got. ( Alarm, 4 cameras, and a doorbell) For the same price that we were previously paying adt for just the the alarm.
Jonathan just left after installing our alarm system and cameras! He was extremely helpful and professional from the moment he arrived at my home. He worked with my wife and I making sure everything was exactly where we wanted it and we understood how to use all the equipment that we were getting.I will definitely be referring Thompson Satellite to anyone that can use their services. Stay local and get treated right! -
