- Comment: I've been a commercial customer of Thompson Satellite for over 3 years and am always amazed at how long it takes them to do anything. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but am so fed up I had to share this. I requested a channel be added to my lineup (for 20 connections) in early December. Once I found out the price I asked Torrance to go ahead and add the channel in mid December. I have called several times since then. This is March and I am still waiting. Torrance hasn't returned my calls all week. The only way to got an answer is from the front desk and complaining and asking to talk to the owner, Justin. Still haven't been able to talk to Justin. Just terrible service...... If you can get a different satellite provider by all means do! They make Cable look great!
